It’s October, which means it’s officially Halloween month at our house!

We love Halloween so much, we celebrate all month! And boy, do we go all out. We decorate, read Halloween books, watch Halloween themed movies and t.v shows, we make crafts and do homeschool printables.

We do it all and my kids love it. I love that my kids love Halloween as much as I do. They’ve had their costumes picked out for over a month already. If I had to choose my favorite holiday, it’d be a toss-up between Halloween and Christmas. It would be such a tough choice.

We also really love making Halloween treats!

There are so many good ones out there on Pinterest, it’s hard to choose just one. This past week, we decided that instead of making Halloween treats, we’d make some Halloween dinner. After a trip to the library to pick out some Halloween books, we thought that Spooky ghost mini pizzas would be the perfect end to our day.

They were so good! Everybody loved them, even my son, who is super picky (yes, even with pizza. I know, strange right??). They’re super easy to make too. We had most of the ingredients in the house already and we already had the ghost cookie cutter.

Ingredients Needed:

Cooked Pizza Crusts

Pizza Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

Black Olives

Ghost Cookie Cutter

Straws

Gather your ingredients and supplies.

Cut out ghost shapes using cookie cutter from cooked pizza crusts.

On a cookie sheet, spoon pizza sauce all over your pizza crusts.

Carefully spread cheese all over your pizza crusts.

Using a straw, punch out ‘eyes’ from your olives.

Cook as per the instructions on the pizza crust package. Enjoy!

Directions:

Use a cookie cutter to cut ghost shapes from cooked pizza crusts.

Place the pizza crust onto a cookie sheet. Use a spoon to spread pizza sauce over them.

Carefully cover each pizza with mozzarella cheese.

Use a straw to punch out eyes from black olives. Place eyes on top of the cheese.

Follow the cook time on the package of pizza crusts.

Take your spooky mini pizzas from the oven and serve immediately.

Enjoy your spooky treat!

These are absolutely adorable! And such a good idea for small little hands! We don’t care for olives in our house, so I think we’ll substitute pepperoni. Thank you for such a wonderful idea!

These little guys are too cute! I don’t have any kiddos so I forget how fun little things like this would be.
