Who loves homeschool curriculum? I do, I do!
With the “school year” coming to a close for many, it’s that time of year again for us homeschool moms to start making plans for September. I have 2 kids.
Ella is almost 5 years old and she’s just finishing up JK and Liam just turned 3 years old. Nothing makes me happier than roaming the aisles of the local bookstore, looking for my next great read. Getting a shipment of books in from amazon always gets me excited and don’t even get me started about unboxing a shipment of kids homeschool books. Those are my favourite days.
I’ve only been homeschooling for about 2 years now but I get asked a lot of questions about homeschooling, usually from people who are against it. I’m sure over time, I’ll be asked many, many more but so far, these are the top 5 that I always hear.
I was not a homeschooled child.
In fact, I’d always grown up thinking that homeschooling was weird and homeschooled kids were odd, antisocial kids who had no friends. I know, I know….. I’m terrible right?! I never imagined that I would actually go on to homeschool my own children.
